Ben Affleck promises a classic and heroic Batman

The actor, who in Justice League gives life again to the Dark Knight, warns that the film to be released on November 17 will see a different superhero than he previously personified

The film Justice League is the meeting of the most emblematic heroes of DC Comics where Batman (Ben Affleck) has a mission: to form with Wonder Woman a group of heroes capable of facing the greatest threat seen the Earth. However, the performer promises that his vision of the Dark Knight will be completely different, more heroic and classic than anything seen in Batman vs. Superman.

Affleck explained during an interview granted to SFX Magazine that it is very interesting since it is the main subject of the film. "They are totally different people and how they work together in an essential way and collaborate," said the actor.

"Not everyone jumps to the same ship with the same mission at the moment, there is a process, and Bruce Wayne tries to recruit a team convincing them of a just cause and for that they must collaborate all together," he said and added "that dynamic is a large part of the film during the first and second acts. "

For the actor, this is a very different Batman since, "Bruce Wayne was full of hatred and resentment, and he had an insane obsession with Superman. Here he is in an aspect of his story closest to the classic Batman where it is more heroic, and tries to save and protect people, forming this team, something totally different, "he said.

"Batman is a dark and conflicted guy: 'The idea that he's trying to get a team together and get them to work together' is quite a challenge for him," Affleck said.

The official synopsis of the film is: "Motivated by the faith he had recovered in humanity and inspired by the altruistic action of Superman, Bruce Wayne recruits the help of his new ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy" .

The film will hit theaters on November 17 with a cast in which Affleck is accompanied by Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Ezra Miller (Flash), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Ray Fisher (Cyborg) and Ciaran Hinds ).
